I am a Level 3 fully qualified, fully insured Personal Trainer and Exercise Referral Specialist and Nutritional Advisor.
I am affiliated with CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity). This professional body is a formal link to the professional framework that ensures that as a service provider I meet the high quality industry standards.
I offer personalised fitness and nutrition guidance in , based in Selsey. With 15 years of fitness experience, I've transformed my passion into a mission to help others achieve their health goals.
I haven’t always been so focused on my health. I spent my teenage years and early 20’s overweight and very unhealthy, hating even the thought of exercise.
After years of yo-yo dieting and fluctuating weight with pregnancy, I found resistance training and it literally changed my life. It changed my unhealthy relationship with food from following the popular low calorie, nutritionally lacking diets as a way of losing weight to fuelling my body to help me get stronger in my workouts and in my life.
I have a number of long-term health conditions and have learnt that the most important thing that we can do to help fight back is to strengthen our body and fuel in the right way.
I am passionate about showing people how lifechanging embracing a healthier lifestyle can be if you’re willing to put in the hard work: And I will be there encouraging you to keep going!
My private gym in Selsey provides a comfortable, judgment-free environment where clients can focus on their fitness journey without the intimidation of public gyms. Specialising in strength training, weight loss, and nutritional coaching, I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
